Dr. Laura Howrey

Dr. Howrey is a 2005 graduate of the University of Washington who served the community for many years at Interfaith Community Health Center. She began Evergreen Dentistry in 2012 and is committed to staying in Bellingham and providing high standards of timeliness, professionalism, and compassion.

Dr. Howrey has a reputation for honesty and is conservative in both her diagnosis and treatments.

Liliana

Dental Hygienist

Liliana entered the dental industry after dedicating two decades in visual arts. She graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Fine arts. Her works focused on oil painting, fiber arts and she operated a small contemporary jewelry business. As a jeweler, delicate instrumentation and careful attention to detail prepared her to be a gentle and thorough dental hygienist. In 2019, she graduated class president, from Shoreline Community College with a AAS in Dental Hygiene.

Liliana had an upbringing steeped in health and natural preventative medicine that has helped shape her whole-body perspective to oral health. She incorporates the whole being in helping to maintain and restore oral health with her patients. Liliana approaches dental hygiene with humor, curiosity, compassion, and sincere gratitude.

Office Manager

With over 38 years in the dental industry, I bring a wealth of experience that bridges clinical expertise and administrative excellence. Beginning my career as a Dental Assistant and evolving into roles in the Front Office, I’ve developed a unique understanding of both patient care and practice management. This dual perspective has empowered me to thrive as an Office Manager, where I specialize in Insurance Management.

My mission is to make the financial side of dentistry approachable and transparent, helping patients maximize their benefits while minimizing stress. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where professionalism meets empathy—ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and supported.
Outside the office, I find joy in spending time with my husband, children, grandchildren, and two beloved dogs. My creative spirit comes to life through camping adventures, woodworking, crafting, and crocheting—activities that keep me grounded and inspired."

Scheduling Cordinator

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, I truly enjoy helping patients understand their dental health and feel confident in their care. Our goal is always to act in each patient’s best interest. I am grateful to Evergreen for the opportunity to continue growing and expanding my career in the dental field.

Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community, creating art through various mediums, taking Pilates classes, and adventuring with my family.

Originally from Ukraine, I trained as a dentist and am delighted to be working alongside Dr. Howrey as a dental assistant. I am dedicated to providing every patient with the best possible experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family.
